If you are currently serving or have served as one of our eligible heroes, please calculate what your estimated rebate will be. Find Your Home
To learn more about your goals and budget, one of our team members will be in touch once you apply for the rebate. Once we know the dream home you’re looking for, allow our Realtors to find great homes in our market that are a good fit for you.
STEP 3
Close On Your Home
This is the most exciting part of the home buying process! Whether we are helping you save money in the buying or selling of your home, the closing is where it all comes together and you see fully the benefits of the Heroes of Colorado rebate program. We help walk you through all the appropriate paperwork, with all parties included, to make sure everything goes smoothly for you.
STEP 4
Get Paid
Once the rebate goes through on all final closing and home costs, you receive your rebate! Get up to 25% back – as allowed by your lender and lending guidelines – to help you pay closing costs, put down on your loan, or purchase home furnishings – all for your service in our community.
